Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are provided by Second Story Property Management Company, LLC, the manager of The Tomorrow Building, and apply to website use and rental applications.

Application Process

Submitting a rental application indicates agreement to these terms. Applicants must be 18 or older. SVN may obtain consumer or criminal reports to evaluate applications. Non-refunded application fees apply, and deposits may be retained if you fail to sign a lease post-approval.

Use of Appfolio

Rental applications and tenant services use Appfolio, subject to its terms (Appfolio Terms).

General Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or violate any laws. SVN reserves the right to terminate access for non-compliance.
