LIVE AT THE TOMORROW BUILDING
Let us help you find your new home!
OUR HISTORY
Located in the Innovation District of Chattanooga, Tennessee, the Tomorrow Building was the first co-living residence in the southeast!
This historic downtown building (built in 1888) was home to former attractions like the Ross Hotel, Yesterday’s restaurant and bar and Midtown Music Hall. Current nearby developments include Warehouse Row, the newly renovated Patten Parkway and Miller Park, improved walkability, and plenty of restaurant/retail establishments. One of few cities to have a designated innovation district, this 140 acre radius is made up of businesses, organizations and nonprofits that appeal to the city’s entrepreneurs, creatives, civil servants and professionals.

Voted the Best Town Ever by Outdoor Magazine and rated one of the ‘lowest cost of doing business’ cities by Forbes, Chattanooga offers newcomers the best of both worlds!
