How many apartments are in the building?

Tomorrow Building at Patten Parkway has 39 total apartments (33 studios, 6 one bedrooms).
Tomorrow Building at Somer Station has 22 studio apartments.

How big are the apartments?

Tomorrow Building at Patten Parkway – Floor plans range from 284-497 square feet and have 15 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows.
Tomorrow Building at Somer Station – 21 Units are 457 square feet and one unit is 495 square feet with 15 foot ceilings and 6 foot windows.

How do you keep the community clean?

We have an awesome maintenance team and cleaning crew to help with all community upkeep. We handle all apartment maintenance as well. Our team routinely cleans all shared spaces, common areas and frequently touched services. We also routinely electrostatic clean amenity areas in light of the pandemic for extra precaution.

What is included in the apartment?

All of the apartments come pre-furnished with a bed, built-in bed storage, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a chair or sofa, one desk/dining table, two desk/dining chairs, a small fridge and a two burner stove. This makes your move easier (and lighter)!

What do I need to bring with me to move in?

Since our spaces come fully-furnished, you just need to bring the items to make your apartment feel more like a home. Decor, any small appliances you might need, a TV, along with your bathroom and kitchen necessities (like utensils, plates, cups and towels).

Is there an application process?

Yes, there is! We’re on a mission to bring diverse individuals together in a living environment where they can network and thrive. Our screening process is easy and approachable. Just submit an online apartment application and we can go from there!

Am I too old for this?

Of course not! Anyone can live at the Tomorrow Building if the environment suits their preferences. That said, some of the basic features of the building naturally appeal to those looking for a more communal way of living.

How long can I stay?

Stay as long as you wish. You can stay for a few nights or a few years with our flexible options.  We have extended stay units as well as apartment for lease. We want to make your move as seamless as possible

Is this a pet friendly community?

We are pet friendly. Both locations are located within walking distance of city parks and green spaces.  We have a two pet maximum, a 50 pound combined weight limit and pets are limited to apartments on the second floor. Let us know about your pets and we can go over all details before you lease.

What’s included in the rent?

Rental prices include all utilities, high speed Fiber Optic EPB internet, furniture, pest control service, resident events and programming, bicycle storage, maintenance and communal cleaning services, and access to all shared spaces.

Is parking included?

The Tomorrow Building at Somer Station has a parking lot that will be shared with Society of Work and businesses located in Somer Station.
The Tomorrow Building at Patten Parkway has a limited number of spaces for rent in a nearby lot that we do not own. The building is also surrounded by several downtown parking options and we like to give our residents the freedom to choose their location. There’s also shuttle access that can get you around downtown, easy access to Uber and public transportation available.

What about laundry?

We have an onsite laundry facility available for use with coin/card or for easy services via phone app.

Will I have a roommate?

Only if you bring one! We’re creating the next generation of co-living. What that means for you is a private bathroom and kitchenette, and the ability to retreat to the comfort of your own space with the option to use community spaces if you choose.

Is there a gym in the building?

There is not, but you’ll be a stone’s throw away from several indoor and outdoor opportunities for fitness: gyms, yoga studios, Miller Park, Walnut Street walking bridge, and Coolidge Park.

What is the noise level like?

Living in an apartment community, a normal level of noise is to be expected. However, we chose some of the highest-standard soundproofing when developing our buildings. Plus, 15 feet ceilings help!

What is there to do in the area?

Lover of the outdoors? Chattanooga has one of the most sought out outdoor scenes in the country. Bar-hop fanatic? The downtown area has seen a significant increase in restaurants and bars to serve its growing population. Distilleries, breweries and so much more. Music junkie? We have a growing local music scene and are home to Moon River Fest and Riverbend concert series’ right downtown. You’ll have trouble keeping a free schedule!
